Podmate is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that allows podcast creators to create short highlight clips from their long podcast videos using AI technology.

3. User Obligations

As a user, you are responsible for the content you submit to Podmate for processing. You must ensure that you have all necessary rights and permissions to use the content with Podmate.

4. Account and Data Handling

We collect and store necessary data, such as name and email, to provide our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we handle and protect your data.

5. Subscription Plans and Payments

Podmate offers both free and paid subscription plans. Details of these plans are available on our website. Paid plans may start with a trial period, after which payment is required to continue using the service. Users may request a refund within 7 days of payment if unsatisfied with the service.

6. Content Ownership and Use

Users retain ownership of the content they submit to Podmate. By using our service, you grant Podmate a limited license to use your content to provide and improve our services. We may use aggregated and anonymized data derived from user content for service enhancement.

7. No API for Third Parties

Podmate does not currently offer an API for third-party integrations.

8. Modifications to Terms and Services

Podmate reserves the right to modify these Terms and its services at any time. Notice of any significant changes will be communicated to users. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through the account settings. Upon cancellation, your data will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.

10. Liability and Dispute Resolution

Podmate is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in accordance with applicable law in the jurisdiction of Delhi, India.
